I’ve seen something on your website but it is no longer available. How can I find it?

If the product is no longer available on our website, it usually means the product is no longer in stock.

Do I need to register for an account in order to place an order?

No. However, a registered customer will enjoy benefits such as receiving emails on product updates, offers and promotions.

How can I register an account?

To register for an account, please click on “REGISTER” at the top right hand corner of the home page.

I am a current NUS Co-op member, but I'm not sure how to register. What do I need to do?

NUS Co-op has various categories of members, and information on membership types and their benefits can be found in the membership page. To ensure you get the proper benefits, when you register an account, just select the membership type that you belong to.


How do I login to my account?

To login to your account, please click on “LOG IN” at the top right hand corner of the home page.

How can I change the particulars of my account?

To change your particulars, login to your account. Once logged in you will be able to edit your Contact Information and manage your Addresses via either the Dashboard or clicking on any of the menu items on the account navigation panel.

What should I do if I have forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password, just click on the 'Forgot your password' link in the login lightbox. You will be asked to enter your email address, and an email with instructions on how to reset your password will be sent to you.

What are the payment options available?

Payment can be made by Paypal, Mastercard and Visa credit cards only.

How do I know if my order has been received?

You will receive an acknowledgement email from us once your order has been submitted successfully.

How do I track my order?

Please contact our customer service staff at 68732806 to check the status of your order. The line is open Monday to Friday from 10.00am to 5.00pm (Singapore Time).

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You cannot modify or cancel your order online. If there is any problem with your order, you may contact our customer service staff at 68732806. The line is open Monday to Friday from 10.00am to 5.00pm.


Goods may be returned for a full refund only if they are received in a damaged condition, and it must be done within 7 days upon receiving the goods. The online transaction invoice/receipt must be produced for refund. All goods have been checked by us before delivery, but customers are advised to check the goods upon receiving them, so as to avoid any possible dispute. NUS Co-op reserves the right to refuse any refund.

Goods Return Procedure: To return goods, please bring them to the customer service counter of the Forum Bookstore. Please also bring the order invoice/receipt.

If a product is not delivered, we shall refund to the customer the price of that product as originally charged to the customer.

Local Delivery Information

Please note that the local delivery information below applies only to orders placed online.

Delivery timing for local online purchases

Orders will be delivered to the local delivery address within 5 working days from the day the order is placed.

Delivery cost is $5.00 per address in mainland Singapore.

Delivery service is only available to valid addresses in mainland Singapore. NUS Co-op reserves the right to decline any delivery to any address with restricted access or which is inaccessible.

Remark: No delivery on eve of Public Holiday, Public Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.
